Buyer guidance

Choose it for the right job

Plain, practical checks for UK buyers comparing thermal, night vision and rifle optics before paying.

IR and field distance

Night vision performance depends heavily on IR illumination, field conditions and target distance. Check whether an add-on illuminator or mount is needed.

Rifle or handheld use

Confirm whether the unit is a scope, clip-on, add-on or handheld device. The right mounting route prevents wasted orders and return delays.

Before payment

If you are unsure about mounts, batteries or recording, ask support with the SKU and rifle setup before checkout.

Compatibility checklist

Useful details to confirm before payment, especially for rifle-mounted optics and add-ons.

  • Intended use: rats, rabbits, foxes, target shooting or observation
  • Typical distance: under 50 m, 50-150 m, 150-300 m or longer fields
  • Mounting: 30 mm / 34 mm tube, Picatinny, Weaver, dovetail, clip-on or handheld
  • Accessories: IR illuminator, battery pack, charger, rail, case or tripod
